The service
Use of the Kudello service by restaurants is governed by a separate customer agreement provided at signup, which covers subscriptions, billing, acceptable use, messaging compliance responsibilities, and data ownership. If anything in these website terms conflicts with a signed customer agreement, the customer agreement controls.
